Shipping Information and Transit Time
We offer Fed Ex and US Priority Mail.
Packages are shipped Fed Ex without a signature required. If you want the extra security for your package, please select to sign for your package.
Please be aware that if you do not wish to sign for your package we can't take responsibility for assuring that is delivered or replacing lost or stolen packages.
We can NOT guarantee packages shipped via US Mail due to their poor tracking system. If you choose to ship US Mail and your order contains Essential oils, Glycolic acid or D-Limonene it will ship Fed Ex and you will be charged the additional amount for shipping. These items CAN NOT ship via US Mail.
We have attempted to make shipping cost as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to charge for actual additional shipping not calculated correctly by the shopping cart. If your purchase must be shipped in more than one box, and this incurs an additional cost, your credit card may be charged for the additional shipping cost. We will only do this after contacting you and with your consent.
We strive to have a 24-48 hour or less turnaround time for processing and shipping your order. If your order is placed before 12 Noon CST Monday thru Friday it will ship within 1 -2 business days. Orders placed after 12 Noon CST may not ship until the 2nd or 3rd business day. Orders placed before 5 pm on Saturday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed after 5 pm on Saturday may not ship until Wednesday. If you have special needs please call us so that we can work to expedite your order.
