Having just sung praises to the Sun Times reporter during a recent interview, it certainly is nothing new to relate my experiences with Texas Natural Supply.

Prior to engaging with Texas Natural Supply, I contacted several other formulators around the country. I don't think that the average consumer realizes that (and correct me if I am wrong) there are only a handful of formulators on this continent that produce the majority of all our beauty and cosmetic products. Using first the Internet, I goggled and searched, emailed, called, wrote letters, etc. I followed up on each response, communicating my goals, objectives and passion to produce a very innovative and unique product that was as natural as natural can be; I was very explicit about introducing the Acai Berry. My experience was that they all tried to steer me to their "boiler plate" formulations whereby they would simply "add in" a special ingredient. Not only did not any one of them share my belief in the Acai Berry, but I found they wanted to take over the project, make it their own and slap my label on it.

While attending a trade show in Las Vegas, I met a lady who had an "all natural product"...she told me of her very positive experience with Hollie and Texas Natural Supply and gave me contact information.

Before contacting you, I looked up your company on the Internet and was very impressed with the information you provide on the ingredients you use as well as information on each of them. I was immediately more inspired as I realized I was on the right track based on your dedication to produce completely natural products. Your all natural preservative solidifies that commitment.

The fact that Texas Natural Supply was the only entity in the country using and formulating with it speaks volumes.

Your engaging nature and warmth instantly told me that you treat your customers as friends, more than "customers." I explained and was ecstatic to realize that you LISTENED, more than any other formulator I previously talked to by virtue of your responses, suggestions and vision to proceed. Texas Natural Supply is more than a "one stop shop" .... you provide the information that an aspiring "distributor" needs to know before they realize exactly what it is they need to know. Texas Natural Supply provides the experimentation, testing, certification, etc. all in one house and provides the care, concern, and passion those they work with (should) seek, as well as the scientific data and requirements that all formulations are required to have.

New to this arena, I realize now that I have made many mistakes but have learned so much having made them. I feel confident that with Hollie as a resource, A Sigh of Relief will continue to grow, develop and prosper.

It think it was very beneficial to the customer (particularly a newbie) to have layout and proposal that indicated the cycle of events, time frame and production costs that (based on customers needs) outline all costs to the best possible estimate. I remember, the only real shock I had in the whole experience was the packaging and labeling cost...I blame myself and ignorance (again, a newbie) for not thinking about this or factoring in its necessary expense, but as I mentioned, when you are new to the game you don't really know "everything you need to know"...having said that, Texas Natural Supply stepped in and I felt their arm around me during the whole process (and again, I thank you for that!). You live and learn, right?

I would strongly encourage anyone to work with Texas Natural Supply; the expertise, commitment, and ability to work with people (and treat them as people) most effectively is a demonstrated priority to Hollie and it comes across in all that she does.
